| Yesterday in California, Am. Ch. Bassbarr Harvey Wallbanger's seventh offspring Shoefly's Amaretto Cafe, gained her american championship, giving Harvey the distinction of being the first and only British born Basset hound to achieve the accolade of gaining the additional title ROM (Register of Merit). He is, to our knowledge, only the second non american born basset to achieve this distinction, the other being Danish born Ch. Scheel's Excalibur, who is in fact Harvey's Great Grandfather. | |
